Our Approach

We use varieties of proven adult learning methodologies in all our programs to make participants learning experience memorable and enjoyable. All our training sessions are highly interactive and case driven with the facilitator focusing on organizations' needs and bringing perspectives from other organizations around the world. The primary role of facilitator in our program is to guide and assist adult learners in achieving their own individual learning objectives.

Overall, all our training programs are delivered through a combination of:

  • Professional presentation of instructional materials
  • Case studies and case presentations to illustrate practical application of concepts
  • Viewing and reviewing of relevant videos to support concepts and application of subject
  • Real-life application to organizational challenges and opportunities, including role-playing, simulations amongst other ways to demonstrate actual work settings
  • Large and small groups roundtable discussions, presentations and experience sharing
  • Course materials and text to reinforce class learning experience
