We use varieties of
proven adult learning methodologies in all our programs to make
participants learning experience memorable and enjoyable. All our
training sessions are highly interactive and case driven with the
facilitator focusing on organizations' needs and bringing
perspectives from other organizations around the world. The primary
role of facilitator in our program is to guide and assist adult
learners in achieving their own individual learning objectives.
